Q; What time is check-in and check-out?
A; Check-in: From 3:00p.m. Check-out: Until 10:00a.m.
A room extension is possible for an additional fee.

Q; Do I pay at check-in or check-out?
A; Payment is required at check-in (prepaid).

Q; Is Wi-Fi available?
A; Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.
The password is written on a card on the desk in your room.

Q; Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A; Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

Q; Can I send a parcel or luggage from the hotel?
A; Yes, Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) services are available at the front desk.

Q; Is there drinking water available?
A; Tap water is save to drink in Japan. However, we don't provide bottled water.
Please use vending machines or convenience stores nearby.

Q; Can I make a reservation during the Formula 1 Grand Prix?
A; We don't accept general reservations during this race period.
