Attentive service

I got the mail from the hotel telling the detail and something I would meet about the room I booked before departuring. I really appreciate it. My mother and I would like to use the large public bath but we didn't know how to enter. At that time, a clerk heped us  before asking so that we can have a good and relaxing night. Thank you for all.

Our second stay. The clerk remembered our request for another pillow from last stay and dutifully suggested the same offer. The staff from the restaurant were great, too.

convenience place

We stayed this hotel for 3 nights. It really was a convenience venue. But when we check in, I tried to ask for the parking space with a higher height. The staff draw a star on the map to show the entrance but the place was wrong. We cannot find the place until we asked her second time. She gave me an other venue show on the map which was totally different from the first time.  Excepting this, everything was fine during our stay.

New hotel

A new hotel, and you still can smell the wood fragrance in the room. We experience earthquake of magnitude 4 while inside the room, but nothing fell down. However, the check-in process is a little bit troublesome. We booked 2 rooms, but the 2 rooms are not provided side-by-side, instead it is quite far away from each other. This could be improve.

Highly recommended

I stayed here for 3 nights and another 2 nights in this trip.
Close to the station, easy to access. Big rom with big rest room, and also have a public bathroom.  Offered breakfast and dinner, not very delicious but enough for life.  This is the best deal you can find such a cost performance deal in Yonago!  Highly recommended!
