Fantastic Cycling Trip

This is the most interesting cycling trip I have ever had. Before starting the cycling trip, the coach led me to visit the Hotaka Shurine and pray sincerely. I learned lots of Hotaka’s knowledge and history in this cycling trip, especially the God of Big Stone, the Buddha God of Slippers, Cutting the landlord’s door frame if no lowering tax, Wasabi stem for eating (not leaf or root), the importance of running water and below water table for planting Wasabi, the source of spring water, the nature environment of Hotaka is good for planting Wasabi, the clear water recycling for rainbow Salmon fish and Wasabi, etc. I greatly appreciated the coach for teaching me so many knowledge and history of Hotaka. I really enjoy this Hotaka Cycling course.
